Markalı Projeler Depremi Unutturdu

Deprem sonrası zemini zayıf bölgeler ve yüksek binalardan kaçan İstanbul halkı, markalı projelerle korkusunu unuttu. Konut arzındaki canlılıktan, İstanbul'un zemini sağlam olarak bilinen Ümraniye, Çekmeköy gibi kuzey bölgeleri kadar, zeminin 'zayıf' olarak tanımlandığı Bahçeşehir, Halkalı da nasibini aldı.

Projeyi geliştiren firmanın geçmiş deneyimleri, zayıf zeminde bile güvenli bina yapılabileceğini ortaya koyarken, özellikle markalı konutta bölgenin daha az sorgulanır oldu.
